A convention that will be outstanding...par Comité du Congrès

Given current circumstances, we are erring on the side of caution, and the May 13th-14th convention will be held virtually. But no matter! The program we have lined up is sure to keep you engaged.

SAVE THE DATE

The ICF Québec Convention team will be hosting a unique event in its new virtual space on May 13th-14th.

NOT ONE, BUT TWO KICKOFF TALKS

Anne-Laure Nouvion, NLP-certified teacher and coach, independent researcher, and trainer specializing in neuroscience, will prompt you to consider how you perceive change, focusing on neurological influences on strategic and operational decision-making.

She will be followed by executive coach and Impact Crescendo founder Julie Gouin, who will present a three-pronged integrative talk on how to stimulate the development of the coaching profession.

Over the two days of the convention, you will have the choice between three blocks of interactive workshops. As a quick teaser, you can be certain that we will be discussing a variety of interesting topics and welcoming several talented speakers, including

  • Patrick Doyon, Coaching for Leadership Development: Approach, Best Practices &Tools (in French and English)
  • Jo-Ann Duquette and Claudine Bergeron, Supervision and mentoring: the role new skills play (in French)
  • Sandrine JeanJean, Should I stay or should I go? Determining what holds you back (in French)
  • Lyne Leblanc, Gems from the field of professional conduct (in French)
  • Sophie Legendre, The Cynefin model as a frame of reference (in French and English)
  • Vicky Mercier, Trying out a play-based approach in team coaching situations (in French)

With three plenary sessions and three concurrent blocks of four workshops, you can earn 9 CCE units at the convention.

We are also planning a number of surprises for the twenty-fifth anniversary to make this edition of the convention extraordinary.

Let our theme provide inspiration
