Speaker:  Pierre Capistran, PCC

Pierre is an Executive, advisor and coach in Strategy and Operational Excellence, Pierre assists and guides business leaders in optimizing their overall performance and developing their individual and collective leadership. With more than 25 years of experience assisting companies of all sizes, he brings on board a world-class expertise to help them overcome their organizational & operational challenges. He works with organizations every step of the way to implement “fit for purpose” and sustainable solutions that have an immediate impact on operational performance and employee mobilization.

Truly passionate about horses since childhood, Pierre partners up with Wasabi Coaching (www.wasabicoaching.com) where he actively participates in the design and facilitation of experiential learning with horses in contexts such as strategic planning, authentic leadership development, team cohesiveness and recognition activities.

Pierre is a credentialed professional coach from the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and certified in the use of several psychometric tools. He’s also a judge at the John Molson School’s MBA case study international competition and a member of the board for La Maison Grise de Montréal, an NPO helping abused women and their children where he heads the strategic planning committee.
