Sometimes, your client's issue(s) may appear to be repetitive, suggesting the presence of a pattern in his/her personnel or business life. Could this be an organizational or perhaps a family systemic issue? Alain will explore these two possibilities with us and how they might show up when looking for answers. Where, when and how to search and find solutions, in a systemic context, will be the main focus of this presentation. You will become more aware of the main systemic laws and the way different elements are connected to create a balanced system.
The presentation will end with a powerful exercise that will generate an opening for your own systemic connections.
We are pleased to welcome back Alain Droulers, who was a great hit among those coaches who attended his last Coaches Breakfast presentation. Alain will provide a unique learning experience for everyone particularly – a must see for those who are not familiar with his work.
Alain Droulers graduated from the Centre de Relation d'Aide de Montréal in 2002, which specializes in an approach that focuses on clients through an understanding of relationships. Since 2005, Alain has been working with systemic family and organizational constellations, training and workshops. These approaches are complementary and connected by one thing: the relationship between people and between elements.
His mains trainers were : Colette Portelance, Judy Wilkins Smith, Mark Wolynn, Carola Castillo, Victoria Schnabell, Suzy Tucker.
