As holiday time approaches, many of us are drawn to reflect upon the past year. It can be a time when we experience strong emotions, particularly around loss and grieving.

Grieving is about loss, permanent loss.

Nicole Savoie, NLP Certified Coach, Speaker, Facilitator, Emploi- Québec certified, will share her experience then walk us through a series of exercises of awareness that reduce tension from both thoughts of the past and fears of the future.

In these exercises, you will be able to feel a change in your emotional state, be aware of how your mind brilliantly knows strategies for creating these states, and, you will learn how we can modulate these states for yourself and your clients through Neuro-Linguistic Programming tools.

Experiencing loss is part of our lives and when we notice the new doors that open, we can discover new opportunities for growth!

There will be time for questions (bilingual) and networking.

Look forward to see you there.
